Vintification:

In barrique and small wooden barrels for about 30/36 months. Remains in bottles for 18 months before marketing.

Tasting Notes:

Lovely integration and balance to this dark chocolate tinged Amarone, along with notes of date, sun-dried cherry, aromatic ground spices and leather, and a sweet, smoky minerality. Supple tannins and texture are like fine suede on the palate.
