Destemming and soft pressing. Fermentation occurs in controlled temperature tanks at 60-65 °F. There is then a maturation of 3 to 4 months in stainless steel occurs. The product is then bottled and marketed for sale.
Tasting Notes:
Straw color in the glass with wonderful green highlights. Delicately bouquet of fruity and flowery notes. Medium-dry to dry with a crisp and fresh taste. Very pleasing on the palate!
