Vintification:

After soft pressing the juice is fermented until the proper alcohol is achieved (5.5%), and the remaining sugar is left to provide a wonderful balance, to this light sparkler.

Tasting Notes:

Yellow brilliant color with persistent exotic fruity bouquet typical of the Moscato grape. The sweetness and acidity are in good balance, harmonious and pleasant with an elegant finish.
